Payment methods

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is registered with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

We cannot resolve credit card issues with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to resolve credit card problems with the financial institution.

Shipping and Pickup

Shipments are made by USPS mail to Puerto Rico and the United States. If you select to pickup, the merchandise will be available at La Gran Vía Auto Parts, road 417 Km 1.1 in Aguada de Puerto Rico, only when you have received notification that the order is already processed and ready to pick up. The notification will be made by email or by phone.

Price and / or description changes

All prices, photographs and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We do not take any responsibility for inadvertent mistakes. Please contact us regarding price discrepancies or promotions.

When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on this website. Price differences related to past or future prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

Errors on our site
